When most buyers go into home search mode - they may wind up with 50+ listings to consider. It should go without saying that's too many homes to see first hand if you're on a short visit from out of town! I can help you to narrow your search down to a couple dozen properties, keeping these things in mind:

• Before leaving town, put your needs into one list. Then put the things you simply want in another. When a house comes up short on your must-haves, it's one less house to look at.
• Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, have your pre-approved amount beforehand so we can eliminate homes out of your price range.
• Think about drive time to work or other activities. Traffic in the Tallahassee area could be different than what you're used to, so let me know how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.

I can send you my top recommendations before we meet in person. Or if you've got a list of properties in mind, let me know what you've found. While virtual tours and photos are invaluable, there's nothing like walking through homes in person. Let me set up any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. We could visit up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
